Who we are

VidHop ("we") is a link-shortening service for creators, operated from Denmark. Contact: privacy@vidhop.gg.

Data we collect from creators (app users)

• Account: your e-mail address (via Sign in with Apple or e-mail sign-in) and an account identifier.
• Your links: the destinations you shorten (YouTube/Twitch URLs) and the names you choose.
• Push token: if you enable new-video reminders, a device push token (Firebase Cloud Messaging).
• Purchases: subscriptions are processed by Apple App Store / Google Play and RevenueCat. We never see your payment details.

Data we collect from visitors who tap a link

• Aggregated, anonymous statistics per link: a click count, date, country (from Cloudflare's country code) and device type (phone/desktop, derived from the browser's user agent string).
• We store no IP addresses, cookies, or identifiers about visitors, and we never show ads on redirect pages.

Where data lives

Data is stored in Google Cloud Firestore (EU region) and traffic is routed through Cloudflare. Sub-processors: Google Cloud, Cloudflare, Firebase (authentication and push), RevenueCat (subscription status), Apple/Google (payments).

Deletion

You can delete your account and all your links at any time from the app (Settings → Delete account). This permanently removes your links, statistics and account data. Waitlist e-mails are used for a single launch announcement — request removal any time at privacy@vidhop.gg.

Your rights

Under the GDPR you may request access, correction, deletion or export of your data by contacting privacy@vidhop.gg. You may lodge a complaint with the Danish Data Protection Agency (Datatilsynet).
