Delete in the app

You can permanently delete your VidHop account and all associated data directly in the app:

1. Open VidHop and go to Settings.
2. Tap Delete account.
3. Confirm. Your account and data are deleted right away.

No longer have the app or the phone?

Write to privacy@vidhop.gg from the e-mail address of your VidHop account (or tell us how you signed in), and we will delete your account and data within 30 days.

What is deleted

• Your account, your sign-in record and your e-mail address.
• All your links and their click statistics — including links made on the free plan.
• Your VidHop name and any domain you connected, which become available to others.
• Your reminder channels and device push tokens.
• The share-sheet key and your subscription record at RevenueCat.

Subscriptions

Deleting your account does not cancel a running subscription — Apple and Google bill it. Cancel it in your App Store or Google Play settings (see Support). Apple and Google keep their own purchase records under their terms; technical logs are deleted automatically after 30 days.
